6 of the top 10 richest people in the world are entrepreneurs in the field of information technology. This information has been included in the list of the top 500 richest people in the billionaire index published by Bloomberg recently.

At the top of the list is Jeff Bezos, owner of US online giant Amazon. At present, his net worth is 16 billion or 16.7 billion. In the Bangladeshi currency, the amount is 15 lakh 69 thousand 500 crore rupees. Amazon is currently the largest shopping site (online organization) in the world in terms of market capitalization.
